Paul Leonard Davis Sr. 1955-2026

Paul Leonard Davis Sr of Greencastle, PA, passed away September 22, 2026.

Paul Leonard Davis Sr.
Paul Leonard Davis Sr.

He was born on June 16, 1955 in Waynesboro, PA, the son of the late Merle Davis and Betty Davis (Myers).

Paul attended and graduated from James Buchanan high School in 1974.

In Paul’s spare time he liked working on older model cars and hanging out with his friends. He enjoyed going to car shows and talking about the cars.

In his early years he worked at Grove manufacturing for about 25 years, then went to Landis tool company for a while and then worked at Kmart distribution for several years until they closed their doors and he retired.

He loved going to his brother Ken’s house and sitting on the porch chatting about anything. Paul loved stopping by his son’s house to grab a home cooked meal that “little Paul” prepared. Paul was a “Jack of all trades” and knew just about everything about anything. He didn’t show emotion but loved everyone he encountered and would give you his shirt off of his back. Paul was a simple man who lived a simple life.

Paul is survived by his son Paul Leonard Davis Jr. (Jaime) a daughter Heidi Head (Lori); brothers Bob (Trish), Ken (Bonnie), Dave (Lisa), Linda (Charlie), Sandy, Patty (Larry) and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his siblings; Debbie Davis, Rick Davis.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
