The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will hold a hiring event for winter temporary and permanent CDL operator positions in Adams County.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Adams County Maintenance Office, 1185 Fairfield Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
The starting pay for CDL operator positions is $23.00 per hour. Applicants must have a valid Pennsylvania CDL Class A or B license with the air brake restriction removed and a current medical examiner certificate.
On-the-spot applications, interviews, and driving skills tests will be conducted. Applicants should bring their CDL license and medical examiner’s card.
