Pennsylvania Opens Applications for Agricultural Research Grants

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is accepting applications for its Agricultural Research Grant program.

The program supports research intended to improve farming practices, address agricultural issues and develop new solutions for Pennsylvania farmers and the agriculture industry. Eligible research areas include agriculture and food systems, energy and agriculture, animal and human health, innovation and technology.

Applications must be submitted through the Department of Community and Economic Development’s Single Application for Assistance system by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 2026.
