The Phoenix marched in the halftime leading by a score of 33-28.

In the second half, Cairn started a 10-3 run that flipped the score and put them in front by two points, 38-36. Starting off the fourth quarter, the Phoenix took an 8-4 run that extended their lead to 57-49. Later in the quarter, the Highlanders made a last chance effort for a comeback but Wilson hung tough and walked away with a 66-62 victory.
