Chambersburg police are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects in their most recent investigation. Police are hoping someone will be able to identify a group of people who tried to break into a downtown building early this morning.

Police responded to the 200 block of East Queen Street at 12:45 a.m.; after potential intruders set off an automatic alarm while trying to open a door in the building. Video surveillance cameras operated by the borough in downtown Chambersburg were crucial in developing the case.
