FRANKLIN COUNTY (Oct. 23, 2019) — Area police are investigating a device fraud and report two arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol.

DEVICE FRAUD: The Chambersburg Police Department is investigating an access device fraud that occurred Sept. 9 at Sheetz at 1819 Wayne Avenue. Police have released a photo of a potential “person of interest” in the ongoing investigation.

The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He/she is a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time.

Anyone who might have information that can assist the police in identifying or locating this person is asked to submit a tip to the department’s CRIMEWATCH® website or contact the Chambersburg Police Department at 717-264-4131.

Waynesboro Police Log

DUI: Kaitlynn D. Lawrence, 28, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance as the result of a traffic stop on Frick Avenue at 2:35 a.m. on October 13.

DUI: Shawn C. Fuller, Jr., 20, Duncannon, has been charged with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance and underage consumption as a result of traffic at 12:29 a.m. October 5 on South Potomac Street.
