Chambersburg police are investigating a car theft that occurred early Monday morning. Authorities received a report of a stolen vehicle at around 4:15 a.m. The stolen car is a yellow 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier with a Pennsylvania registration number of LYK7132.
Police have released a photo of a person of interest, described as a male wearing a dark colored jacket with a white stripe on the sleeves. The individual in the picture is not yet considered a suspect, but police are urging anyone with information to contact the Chambersburg Police Department at (717) 264-4131. Officials are continuing their investigation into the car theft.
