SHIPPENSBURG (Sept. 16, 2019) — Police are looking for a small orange SUV today occupied by two men and a woman.
In a news release issued today by Shippensburg Police Department, officers ask area residents to notify the department if they see an SUV matching that description. They want to make sure the woman is okay.
Police were dispatched to the area of Roxbury Road and Maple Hill Avenue at 6 a.m. Monday on a domestic violence call.
The woman and man involved left before police arrived. When officers spoke with the person who reported the incident, he said he heard a male and female arguing. The female was partially clothed due to the struggle. He provided a shirt for the female and then an SUV vehicle pulled up and the male told the female to get in the car which both did.
“We want to check the welfare of the female because of the domestic that occurred,” police said.
Descriptions of both the vehicle and the individuals were sketchy.
Police said the people in the orange SUV included two black men and a white woman.
