FRANKLIN COUNTY — It’s not too late to sign up for the Franklin County Library System’s 2019 Summer Quest reading program. The theme for 2019 is A Universe of Stories.
“Fabulous activities are being held at each branch of the Franklin County Library System and we hope that you will join us in celebration of this theme of exploration and discovery,” Alice Elia, the library system’s director of advancement and publicity, said this week.
