Roxanna “Sally” Sheaffer, 74, of Shippensburg, departed this life on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

Robert was a United States Navy Veteran and retired with over 30 years of service with the United States Navy Reserves as a Chief Petty Officer.
