Safety Recall Issued for Certain Evenflo All4One Child Car Seats

A new safety recall has been issued for certain Evenflo child car seats, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The recall, identified as NHTSA Recall ID Number 25C011, involves specific All4One child seat models manufactured by Evenflo Company, Inc. In rear-facing mode, the adjustable recline mechanism on the affected seats may shift out of its proper position.

Because of this issue, the recalled child seats do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213 for child restraint systems. If the seat does not maintain the correct recline position, it may not adequately secure a child during a crash, increasing the risk of injury. There is also a risk of injury to another passenger if a hand is placed in the recline mechanism while it shifts out of position.

Evenflo will replace the affected child seats at no cost to owners. Notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning January 26, 2026.

Owners with questions can contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921. Consumers can also use NHTSA’s Recall Look-up Tool by entering the car seat’s brand or model to determine whether their product is affected and to obtain additional remedy information.
