Scotty A Rock 1964-2023

Scotty A Rock, 59, of Chambersburg, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at his home.

Born May 8, 1964 in Chambersburg, he was the son of Judith Hobbs Rock and the late Marlin Rock.

Scotty was a 1982 graduate of CASHS and the Franklin County Area Vo-Tech. He was employed as a computer draftsman with William A. Brindle Associates, Inc. in Chambersburg.

Scotty was a member of the AmVets Post 224 and American Legion Post 46, both in Chambersburg. He enjoyed working on and riding motorcycles, working on cars, guns, hunting and going to auctions.

In addition to his mother, Scotty is survived by his daughter, Katelyn Rock; step-daughter, Lindsey Woodring; two sisters, Amy Hardsock (Michael), and Beth Rock; one niece, Kylie Hardsock; and one nephew, Tyler Hardsock, all of Chambersburg.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.

Interment will be private.
