Crime Roundup: Strangulation and Megan’s Law Violation

Chambersburg: Adam Villalobos, One Count Strangulation

On June 18th 2022 at 7:08 pm, the Chambersburg Police Department responded to a residence in the 400 block of Hollywell Ave for a domestic dispute.

Adam Villalobos was arrested and charged with Strangulation, a felony, and Simple Assault after the investigation showed Villalobos committed physical violence toward another family member.

Villalobos was taken to the Franklin County Jail for arraignment.

Chambersburg: Dominick Negliaccio, Megan’s Law Violation

On June 7th, the Chambersburg Police Department Criminal Investigation Division received an investigation request by the PA State Police Megan’s Law Unit regarding Dominick Negliaccio. 

During a compliance check, it was found that Negliaccio was not living where he had registered his address through the PA State Police Megan’s Law Unit. 

An investigation was completed by Chambersburg Police detectives.  The result of the investigation revealed that Negliaccio was out of compliance with his residential registration requirements.  On 6/17/22 Negliaccio was taken into custody with a felony of failure to comply with registration requirements.
