On Tuesday, the Shippensburg University men’s indoor track and field team was announced to have earned a total of 19 U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Atlantic Region selections for the 2023 season. Among the team members recognized, Eric Kirk from Coatesville, PA received four All-Region classifications, two for individual performances and two for performances on relays. Pat Maloney from Collegeville, PA also received All-Region accolades for both throwing events.
The USTFCCCA awards All-Region distinction to the top five individuals in each event from each region, as well as to each member of the top three relay teams in the region.
