Mrs. Susan A Conway (Collins), 69, a resident of Paramount Senior Living, Fayetteville, PA and formerly of Waynesboro, PA passed away Sunday morning, October 31, 2021, in the nursing home.
Born August 10, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA she was the daughter of the late Carville and Lillian (Herbert) Collins.
Susan attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in History.
She and her husband of over 36 years, Frank R. Conway, Jr. were married November 17, 1984 in Sykesville, MD.
Susan worked for the Maryland State Archives in Annapolis, MD as a Historical Researcher and later for Miles and Stockbridge Law Firm in Frederick, MD.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two step-daughters, Heather L. Peterson and her husband, James of Spring Mills, PA and Tammy M. Rinehart and her husband David of Middletown, PA; two step-grandsons, Eli Eck of State College, PA and Jacob Eck of Rebersburg, PA; one brother, C. Joseph Collins and his wife Sharon of Springfield, VA; one sister, Nancy Antrim of Waynesboro, PA; two nephews, Craig Young of Baltimore, MD and Thomas A. Antrim, II of Waynesboro; and two nieces, Heather Jacobson of Washington, D.C. and Brandi Hutchings of Burke, VA.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
