CHAMBERSBURG — Police have obtained an arrest warrant for a man they say failed to make payments or return items he leased from a local rental center.
Chambersburg police are looking for Edwin Vargas-Ramirez, 29. He is wanted for theft of leased property.
Police allege that he failed to make payments on property that he leased from Rent a Center and did not return the property upon request.
