WAYNESBORO — Police are looking for two people from Florida who have been charged with access device fraud and identity theft.
Waynesboro Police Department recently obtained arrest warrants for Sabrina Lagina Denise Simmons, 28, Fort Pierce, FL, and Brandon Guerrier, 23, Miami, FL, in connection with an incident on North Grant Street April 15.
Both are charged with two counts of access device fraud and one count of identity theft.
Simmons is described as a 5’7″ Black female weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Guerrier is described as a 5’11” Black Male weighing 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

In a non-related case, Merle Richard Moser, III, 18, Thurmont, Maryland, has been charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges are the result of a traffic stop conducted by Waynesboro police at 1:39 p.m. on East Main Street April 20. Arrest Date: Monday, June 3, 2019
In another non-related case, Hitendra Jayantilal Patel, 50, Jessup, Maryland, has been charged with one count of patronizing prostitution as the result of an investigation into an incident in April.
Charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Annie Gomez on May 30th, and a summons was issued June 11 for him to appear in court to answer to the charges.
Patel’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 23.
