WellSpan Health Center Opens, Expands Services in Franklin County

A new medical center, the WellSpan Health Center at Penn National, commenced operations this week, situated adjacent to the primary entry of Penn National Golf Club at 8131 Spyglass Hill Drive, Fayetteville. Spearheaded by WellSpan Health, the facility offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services including primary care, imaging, laboratory, and rehabilitation services in one location.

Niki Hinckle, senior vice president of WellSpan’s west region, emphasized the center’s role in enhancing healthcare accessibility for the residents of Franklin County’s expanding areas.

This addition complements WellSpan’s existing facility in Mont Alto, introducing specialized services such as rehabilitation and podiatry. According to Hinckle, the expansion addresses the community’s need for more healthcare providers and services, with provisions for future expansion of the health center.
