Chambersburg: Dog Killed from Drive by Shooting

Yesterday, during daylight around 12:15 PM, the Chambersburg Police Department responded to 357 Lincoln Way West for a reported shooting.

A blue 2006 Infinity SUV drove past a residence and fired multiple rounds striking two vehicles and a house.

No individuals were struck, but a dog received gunfire and is deceased.

An individual was in the residence at the time of the incident, but did not receive injuries.

Police have said this is an isolated incident between the two parties involved. This comes about a week after an incident that put two bullet holes in a vehicle on 200 block of South Second Street
